This policy explains how GETCGO ("we", "us", "our") handles information submitted through getcgo.com, including the growth diagnosis and project brief form.
We collect only the information needed to review and respond to a potential engagement:
We use a limited number of providers to operate the website:
The current website does not set advertising cookies or sell personal information. If analytics or advertising technologies are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are activated.
Where a client engages us to manage their advertising, we access and process data from their advertising accounts on their behalf and under their authorization. Client accounts are linked to our own manager account using the standard account-linking process of the platform, and the client retains ownership of the account and its data.
This data includes campaign, keyword, search term, and conversion performance information. We use it solely to manage, optimize, and report on that client's advertising. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties, and we do not use one client's account data to benefit another.
Data retrieved for analysis and reporting is exported to files stored on GETCGO workstations and internal storage, retained only as long as needed for the engagement and for ordinary business records. Access to advertising accounts ends when the client withdraws it or the engagement ends.
GETCGO uses the Google Ads API to manage and report on client advertising accounts. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The internal application we use for this work is a command-line tool used only by GETCGO staff on company workstations. It has no public interface and no external users, and we do not provide API access or API functionality to any third party. API credentials are stored locally and are never distributed.
We retain project briefs only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the inquiry, communicate with you, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry by emailing [email protected]. Applicable rights can vary by location.
We use submitted information to evaluate fit, respond to the inquiry, prepare a potential engagement, prevent abuse, and operate the website. We do not add project-brief contacts to automated marketing sequences without a separate basis to do so. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
